Who runs KeepSum
KeepSum is a family-first downsizing helper. You text a photo, family gets a turn, and what nobody wants can go in the shop. There is no public subscription yet. It is free while we test with households.
The pages are designed by . Andrew runs the service for the households in the test. Press Show email or Show phone below.

How data is kept private
- We keep the phone number you text from, the photos and short answers you send, the names and numbers a household adds, and claims or shop offers.
- The household can see its own items. A person on a turn sees the item in their text. The shop shows a photo only after family and friends have passed. The shop shows an area, not a street address.
- An outside service (xAI) reads the photo to suggest a title, a short description, and a value range. That range is an estimate, not an appraisal, and not a price we guarantee.
- We do not sell photos, names, or phone numbers.
- A sample house expires after about a week. A real household’s records stay with that household.
To ask for a photo or a number to be removed, text 270-533-7786, or use the email or phone above. More detail is on the Privacy page.
How texts work
- Texts come from 270-533-7786 (270-KEEP-SUM). There is no password.
- When it is someone’s turn, they get a link. They tap Pick it or Pass. They do not make an account.
- A parent or a helper can get a sign-in code by text. Family and friends use the link in their turn text instead.
- Reply STOP to stop texts from KeepSum. Reply START when you want them again.
- We text about a turn, a reminder, a sign-in code, or a shop offer. We do not text you to sell you something else.
