Privacy

KeepSum is a family-first downsizing helper. You text photos of household items. We store what we need to catalog those items, give family a fair turn, and list what nobody claims. Designed by Rattle & Hum Agency.

What we collect

• The phone number you text from
• Photos and short answers you send about an item
• Names and numbers the household owner adds for family and friends
• Claims, offers, and waitlist email if you join the list

What we use it for

To identify the item, write a listing, text the next person their turn, and run the shop. Value ranges are estimates from the photo, not appraisals, and not a guarantee of sale price. We do not sell your photos or phone number.

How long we keep it

Sample houses expire after about a week. Household records stay with the household that created them. Text us if you want something removed.
